Refund policy
Returns
If the size of your product is incorrect and not comfortable for your use- our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All shipping costs for the return must be paid by the customer.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
We will only replace items if they are damaged due to manufacturer defect (not caused by user).

If we have determined the item has been damaged due to defect it can be exchanged for a similar item of the same value or a store credit may be issued if the item is out of stock.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note it can take several business days for the money to show in your account.
