Return Policy

Returns 
We want you to make the most of your training gear and be happy with the products you choose! If the size of your gear is incorrect and not comfortable for your use- please return it to us within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All shipping costs for the return must be paid by the customer. 

Exchanges  
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Product to exchange must be returned unused, and in the original packaging.  If it is not in this condition, the product will not be not be eligible for exchange.

Defective Merchandise 

We will require multiple and clear images of the item and its defect, along with an explanation of how the defect occurred. We will then forward this information to the manufacturer/vendor to determine if it qualifies under their replacement policy. Please note this process takes about 3-7 business days for them to get back to us. If the manufacturer approves the item will either be fixed, replaced or exchanged for an item of similar value. 

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note it can take several business days for the money to show in your account.
